Profit of Česká pojišťovna in 2011 reached czk 3.55 billion Prague, 23 March 2012. According to the companies’ unconsolidated results compiled according to international accounting standards, the financial management of Česká pojišťovna ended last year with a profit of CZK 3.55 billion after tax. Due to fundamental changes implemented by Česká pojišťovna last year, the company managed to increase the operating profit by 548 million crowns on the year-on-year basis. The largest increase in premiums written was recorded in the area of corporate insurance, where Česká pojišťovna again became the market leader. Total premiums written reached CZK 33.4 billion.
