- 1. What is quickest or easiest way of reporting damage?

The quickest way of reporting damage is by phoning the client line 841 114 114. Besides the report, here the insurance company staff will also provide information on the settlement procedure and where to contact their settling agent directly or by SMS.
Another quick and easy option is to report the damage by a questionnaire online – here for property insurance and here for car insurance. The ČP client service will process this report within 48 hours.
The least convenient and time consuming option is to report damage by a paper form.
